This project is a charming one-level summer house, nestled near the tranquil river, where relaxation and nature combine to create an idyllic getaway for two families to share.

As you park your car, the journey to the summer house begins with a walk towards the entrance. The design of the summer house incorporates both modernity and nature, using concrete and shingles on the facades to blend harmoniously with the surroundings.

The house features a rounded corridor that divides the space into two parts - the sleeping area and the living area. This design ensures privacy and tranquility for each family, creating a sense of intimacy within the shared space.

In the sleeping area, you will find two master bedrooms and three additional bedrooms. The living area is designed for enjoyment and relaxation, with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ area perfect for culinary delights. The dining room provides a warm and inviting space for family gatherings, while the living room's large window frames captivating views of the river, creating a cozy spot to unwind and connect with nature.

The highlight of the summer house is the charming courtyard, surrounded by the house itself. Here, you'll find a hot tub and a sauna, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy moments of tranquility amidst the beauty of the natural surroundings.
